I ordered flowers on a saturday for a close friend whose mother died recently. I scheduled the pick up of said flowers for Sunday July 26 at noon. I arrived approximately 30 minutes early to this pickup as I assumed the flowers were prepped in advance and that they would be ready in a fridge. When I arrived I was met with an incredibly rude staff member who was incapable of finding the original order and had to call the owner to find it. After the owner found the order, the female worker continued to be rude and asked “what? You can’t wait 15 more minutes for me to do it?” I relayed that I could not as I was running late for work already. I told her I could come back around 3-330 on my lunch break. I ultimately left in tears due to the treatment I’d received. The worker stated this was fine and she’d be there until 4:00pm. I was able to have my older sister pick the flowers up for me since work was busy. Upon her arrival at 230pm, the door to the business was locked despite posted hours online stating the business is open until 3. I ordered an arrangement for my mom’s birthday- she lives in an assisted living facility. I ordered online, as I live in Texas. I ordered their “Lush Garden “ basic arrangement. On the page where you put the order in, they have a field to add special instructions-it literally says, “ Special instructors.” So, I entered, “Please deliver by 10:00am.” There was no where else on the ordering page to request the delivery time. So, on the day of the delivery, I waited 2 hours past when I had wanted delivery, to be rudely told, “ Oh, no-no-no; deliveries don’t even go out until 12:00pm” The lady demanded to know if O had paid a rush delivery charge- I said no.. Spoke to manager, who was also rude. To top it all off, this nearly $80.00 flower arrangement looks okay-it’s pretty, but not nearly as full of flowers as pictured. I’d say it was half what the picture from the website photo has . I will not use these people again .

I received an arrangement for my birthday today. This photo was taken immediately after they were delivered. The foliage is brown, the lilies(?) are drooping and near dead and the roses are wilted. I imagine they'll all be curled up and dead by tomorrow. A complete waste of money. I can tell from the other reviews that complaining to the owners will do nothing, so here I am. I will ask anyone sending me flowers to GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely unprofessional and very nasty service. I ordered my mother flowers for Mother’s Day She had received flowers, They are beautiful. However, they are not the ones that I had ordered.It’s not about the price, It’s the principal. I called to try and make things straight. The lady who answered was rude right at the start did not give me her name and refused to help resolve my issue. I ordered a custom vase, which is more expensive. When my Mother received her flowers, She thanked me and sent a photo. I realized it was not the item I had purchased. I do live a little far away from her, so I was just trying to surprise her on Mother’s Day and make her day special. The lady who answered the phone told me that I need to bring the flowers back in because their delivery driver will not go pick them up. She was also pointing blame at the delivery driver, making it seem as if he’s the one who made the bouquet and said it’s his fault that the flower and the vase was wrong. The flowers were beautiful, and my mom was very happy. I just am unhappy with the lack of honor this Business has. I will not be returning I will support someone who takes respon

Definitely wouldn’t get flowers from here, false advertisement in the picture it shows a bouquet of roses and when I received them there was only 4 actual roses in the bouquet for $69.99 I was better off getting roses from fry’s for cheaper and more roses. On the back of the card it says if your not happy to call for a 24hr guarantee once I called and told the lady that I wasn’t satisfied with what I got versus what I paid and what was advertised she got defensive fast and started talking over me saying they only come with 5 roses (even then I only got 4 as shown in the pic) she then said don’t go based off the picture so I told her that was false advertisement I told her she was being very unprofessional talking over me and not being understanding to a customer who isn’t satisfied with their order and they shouldn’t even offer a guarantee if she’s just going to argue and she then called me a liar. But clearly in my pictures you can see what I thought I was getting vs what I actually got. Poor quality for what I paid and what I thought I was getting. Didn’t get her name but she stated she was the manager. Never shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!
